歐盟市場(chǎng)強(qiáng)制要求境內(nèi)銷售的聚苯乙烯發(fā)泡(XPS)保溫隔熱產(chǎn)品需要進(jìn)行強(qiáng)制CE認(rèn)證，聚苯乙烯發(fā)泡保溫隔熱產(chǎn)品需要根據(jù)EN 13164:2012+A1:2015標(biāo)準(zhǔn)來進(jìn)行歐盟CE認(rèn)證。EN13164聚苯乙烯發(fā)泡保溫材料CE認(rèn)證從2016年07月10日起開始強(qiáng)制實(shí)施。

EN 13164:2012+A1:2015 Thermal insulation products for buildings - Factory made extruded polystyrene foam (XPS) products - Specification. 建筑用隔熱產(chǎn)品－工廠生產(chǎn)聚苯乙烯泡沫（XPS）產(chǎn)品規(guī)范。EN13164標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定了保溫隔熱產(chǎn)品申請(qǐng)CE標(biāo)志認(rèn)證需滿足的基本特征。

EN 13164-The European Standard Specifies the requirements for factory made extruded polystyrene foam(XPS) products, with or without facings or coatings, which are used for thermal insulation of buildings. The products are manufactured in the form of boards which are also available with special edge and surface treatment (tongue & grooves, shiplap etc.)
EN 13164聚苯乙烯發(fā)泡材料CE認(rèn)證體系
聚苯乙烯泡沫(XPS)產(chǎn)品CE認(rèn)證（保溫隔熱產(chǎn)品CE認(rèn)證）根據(jù)EN 13164體系1進(jìn)行歐盟CE認(rèn)證，或者根據(jù)體系3進(jìn)行歐盟CE認(rèn)證。
EN 13164體系1需要?dú)W盟公告認(rèn)證機(jī)構(gòu)(歐盟NB公告機(jī)構(gòu))對(duì)工廠進(jìn)行持續(xù)監(jiān)督并對(duì)產(chǎn)品測(cè)試評(píng)估。EN 13164體系3需要?dú)W盟公告機(jī)構(gòu)(歐盟NB公告機(jī)構(gòu))對(duì)工廠進(jìn)行測(cè)試。
從2013年7月1日起，歐盟強(qiáng)制實(shí)施建筑產(chǎn)品CPR法規(guī)(Construction Product Regulation簡(jiǎn)稱No.305/2011/EU-CPR法規(guī)) ，新的CPR法規(guī)取代之前的CPD指令(Construction Product Directive簡(jiǎn)稱CPD:89/106/EEC指令)
